One of the negative points of recycled materials is the degradation they undergo during the mechanical recycling to which they are subjected. Consequently, when they turn to be injected, poor quality surfaces are obtained (unless add a percentage of virgin resin or plastic to the "compound").  Thanks to its Roctool "Heat & Cool" technology, is able to increase the surface quality of these resins. The goal of this project was therefore to design a part that would serve to attract attention, create impact and show the potential of technology.  For this, we are working on the design of a very detailed surface, with a high        graphic content, rich and complex textures that communicate a message.
